Refund / Exchange Helpdesk

Customers can submit request for refund / exchange of their order if it is within 7 days of delivery date. You can login to your account, and place refund / exchange request OR if you don’t remember details then you can also place request through our Guest Refund / Exchange Request portal.

*Account login details are automatically shared on your registered email when you place order, you can search in your email

*For Guest Portal, you will need order number and order email to place request. ( If you placed order with multiple products, then each product is assigned its unique order id, you can see those order IDs in order confirmation on your registered email )
