Refund and Exchange Guidelines

Our return period is 7 days from the date of delivery, any request made after that period will be rejected automatically

WE OFFER FREE & EASY RETURNS

Customers can place refund/exchange request for their order, by login to your account, if its less than 7 days from the order delivered date, then you will see REFUND & EXCHANGE buttons on your order.

Your login details are automatically sent to your registered email address when you placed order with us, so you can find your login details on your email OR if you don’t find then you can also reset your password on login page by typing your email and generate new password to login.

Once you are successfully logged in, you can see the refund/exchange buttons to initiate request (if it is within 7 days from product delivered date)

Submitting refund/exchange request through My Account section is easy, better and faster process. However if you have any issue in finding login details or Login, you can visit our Guest Refund/Exchange Request portal, you just need to type your order number and registered email to place request. 

  • Once you submit refund request, Return Pick Up will be done within 3 – 5 business days. Kindly keep the product packed and ready to avoid process delay. Courier person who will pick up the return product will call you before pick up, kindly co-ordinate with them and handover return item to them
  • Kindly pack the return item in original and unused condition, with all tags, etc.
  • Product returned should not be in used condition
  • If returned product is suspected to be fraud/wrong item, then request will be cancelled immediately and no refund will be done.

REFUND POLICY

  • Refund Approved message will be sent to your registered email or Mobile Number, once returned item is cross checked by seller.
  • Once you receive Refund Approved message, your refund amount will be credited within 3-5 business days to your registered phone number Paytm account.
  • Refunds are only credited to Paytm account. However, you can also request for any other mode of money transfer method like Google Pay, BHIM UPI, BHIM UPI, etc. For other transfer methods, kindly mention that account details in “Reason of Refund Request” box, on refund request page.

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Exchange Approved message will be sent to your registered email or Mobile Number, once returned item is cross checked by seller.
  • Once you receive Exchange Approved message. Your exchange product will be dispatched within 3-5 business days, and its tracking details will be shared to your registered mobile number.
  • Exchange will only be Completed when returned product is cross checked by Store Owner

How to Create Refund Request?

  1. Login to My Account
  2. When you are successfully logged in, you will see a dashboard with multiple tabs. You need to click on Orders Tab
  3. You can now see your order screen with all your orders placed on our website
  4. If you are placing request within 7 days from the order delivery date, then you will see blue REFUND button in front of your order ID
  5. Click on the REFUND button
  6. Now You can see Refund Request Page
  7. Select the product that your want to request refund for
  8. Enter the reason for refund in the box below. You can also enter your refund account details of you want to get refund in any other account as we process all refunds to registered mobile number linked Paytm account
  9. Submit Refund Request
  10. That’s it, your refund request is successfully placed. Following which a return pick up will be generated to pick up the return item within 3-5 business days.
  11. Once returned item is delivered at seller’s location it will be cross checked by quality team
  12. once approved to be OK, your refund will be credited to your account within 3 business days.

How to Create Exchange Request?

  1. Login to My Account
  2. When you are successfully logged in, you will see a dashboard with multiple tabs. You need to click on Orders Tab
  3. You can now see your order screen with all your orders placed on our website
  4. If you are placing request within 7 days from the order delivery date, then you will see blue EXCHANGE button in front of your order ID
  5. Click on the EXCHANGE button
  6. Now You can see Exchange Request Page
  7. Select the product that your want to request exchange for
  8. Scroll down and you will see CHOOSE PRODUCT option, you need to click on it
  9. You will now see the Shop page to select the product item you want in exchange
  10. Choose the product, click on it, and now you will see EXCHANGE button ( just like you see add to cart button, in same place )
  11. Click on EXCHANGE button and your product will be selected. Next to EXCHANGE button, now you will see VIEW ORDER link
  12. Click on View Order link and now you will be taken back to exchange request page
  13. Enter the reason for exchange
  14. Submit Request
  15. That’s it, you exchange request is successfully placed. A return pick up will be generated to pick up the return item within 3-5 business days, kindly keep the product ready.
  16. When return item is picked up and delivered to seller, it will be cross-checked by their quality team
  17. If returned item is OK, your exchange product will be dispatched within 3-5 business days.
